Paper Party Scrapbook Retreats & Store Policies

Making a Puchase: We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Matercard), PayPal and Money Orders. Credit Cards and PayPal purchases will be charged at the time you order (The charge will appear as ABC Sales, LLC on your credit Card statement). Money order, payment is expected within 14 days of completing your order. We will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment.

Shipping & Handling: At this time we only ship in the USA. Our standard shipping is USPS (parcel post). - Order under $29.99 will be charged shipping. Orders over $30.00 will receive FREE standard USPS (parcel post) shipping. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you will be billed the additional balance on your invoice.

Back Orders: We do not hold backorders. If your order includes items that are out-of-stock, these items will be cancelled. You will receive a credit for any out-of-stock items. You may re-order them when they are back in stock.

Tax Charges: We are located in Wisconsin. Orders shipped anywhere within Wisconsin will be charged WI sales tax (state, county and special) for your area. WI does charge tax on shipping fees as well as product. Orders shipped outside of WIisconsin are not taxed.

Returns: We are committed to your total satisfaction. If your puchase is defective or does not meet you expectations, return it to us with 21 days for a refund or replacement. Books and software are non-refundable, but if defective may be exchanged for replaemnt of the same book or software title. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns do not need to pre-authorized, but they must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or invoice, with the reason for the retrun indicated. The returned item must be in a condition suitable for resale. If the return does not meet these conditions Paper Party Scrapbook Store can not issue a refund. If products are unacceptable, items are then returned to you, you will be charged the return shipping charge. You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsilbe for lost or damaged returns.
